Shipping and Refund Policy

We ship Monday through Friday.  Orders placed before 11am MST will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders that pay for priority 2 day or overnight services will be shipped within 2 business days if placed before 10am MST or next day. Please note we are a small business and delays do happen. If you need something by a certain time, please contact us directly and we will work with you the best way to make it happen at kawsaycacao@gmail.com

 

We ship your orders to the address you provided and with the service you specified at checkout.  If you qualified for free shipping we will send your package with SERPOST ( Peruvian local postal local service)

We regret that once we have shipped your order we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items.  In event of a loss, or extreme delay, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping company (eg. Serpost, USPS) using your individual tracking number or your payment provider (eg. PayPal, Peyoneer ).  This is the best way to recover your purchase price and/or shipping cost. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

These goods are exempt from being returned:

• Used Kuripes or Opened and Used Products

To complete your return, we just require your order number.

Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kawsaycacao@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your order please repackage well and mail to: Chiclayo Serpost 14000 Chiclayo Lambayeque PERU

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider purchasing additional shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
